Prices Per room per night including Full English Breakfast

Twin Room with private facilities	£70
Single occupancy	£50
Extra single in family room	£15
Babies in cots	Free

We welcome guests from 4-6pm and kindly ask that rooms are vacated by 10.30am. Please contact us if you plan to arrive outside these times.
Deposit
When booking, we kindly request the payment of one nights deposit per room booked.
Cancellation
Cancellation of your booking with us will result in the loss of your deposit. Whilst we will make every effort to re-let your room, cancellations made within two days of your arrival date will be charged at the full room rate for any nights that we are unable to re-let.
