to Garden Cottage
Our
self-catering Garden Cottage is a cosy venue. Attached to our B&B
but with its own entrance and drive for off street parking. Available
for 3 night breaks and longer holidays, the cottage consists of one
twin or king size double bedroom, a kitchen and a beautifully furnished
lounge/diner that opens out with French doors onto the garden. There
is also a small garden patio with garden furniture and a BBQ to be enjoyed
on sunnier evenings. Lazy days are taken care of too with a selection
of books, games, magazines to keep you occupied.
The
cottage is brilliantly equipped with all your creature comforts; central
heating, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher microwave, washer/dryer,
crisp linen, fresh towels, hospitality tray, Freeview TV, DVD/CD player,
free Wi-Fi, hairdryer and if needed, a cot. Garden Cottage has been
designed with some aids for mobility-impaired guests and has a full
wet room.
For your arrival we supply milk, bread, eggs, butter, tea, coffee and
sugar so those of you desperate for a reviving cupper and a lite bite
have no fear.
As with the main house, Garden Cottage has a strict no-smoking
policy.
2009 Tariff
All prices are based on two people sharing per week from Saturday to
Saturday. We are happy to welcome guests from 4pm and would request
that the cottage is vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Deposit
We kindly request the payment of a £50 holding deposit. The remaining
fee is then to be settled four weeks prior to your reservation date.
Cancellation
All cancellations will result in the loss of deposit. Cancellations
made within four weeks of arrival date will be charged at the full rate
for any nights that we are unable to re-let the cottage. Please note
that we will make every effort to re-let the cottage.
